Yummy. I've talked to some people who can't stand the taste of the meat. I've had it only once in pot roast form. I thought it was outstanding.

Not all that but can be marinated well and also a bit of fat
added when cooking.

I knew that's why you bought that shotgun a few years ago.
Now you have a freezer full of vegetarian venison meat.
You go boy!

Soon, all the ducks and geese will be heading south and you can
fill another freezer with many of those kids as they stop by for
a rest in your giant yard.

Amazon has some good deals right now on giant basement chest
freezers.

If it won't fit, cut it in half or even quarters.

About 15 years ago an overcrowded ferret shelter got busted.
They found over 100 frozen ferrets in the large chest freezer
in the garage.

My guess is that having 100 frozen ferrets in your freezer is not a crime - or is it? We had a frozen pet rabbit in our freezer. I did not care very much for that.

Was it just waiting for the right recipe? You can use it like chicken
but it is a bit more lean.

I don't think so. It was just the news trying to make her whole
busted situation/story sound a bit more horrifying.

She was busted with about 80-some live ferrets. Many were sick
and the city was too lazy to bring them back to healthy.

They killed about 60-some. Saved 20-some. Then found the
frozen ones at the time.

Woman said she froze the ones that died until she could
bury them all at once.

Here's the actual story.

On this old computer, I can't get this next link
but maybe it tells a bit more.
