The impossible burger is still good or at least as far as I have heard. Gluten free bread really is bread but it tastes like crap because it is thick and chewy. It is not fluffy like bread. The impossible bread will be light fluffy and gluten free. Gluten free does not rise from yeast the same way that gluten will allow for. -- ____/~~~sine qua non~~~\____ |
