I don't usually liked browned eggs. The exception is egg foo yung, which I
ordered last weekend for lunch in a fit of nostalgia.

Since I have no reason to cut my carbs that low, I think I'll stick to
regular waffles (which I haven't had in about 5 years, so it might be
time soon).

I'm not into keto, but I do like fried cheese and of course, eggs. It
looks pretty good to me.

Yes, egg foo yung is very nostalgic. It was my standard when I'd have
Chinese take-away as a kid. I made it a few years ago. It was easy and
came pretty close to how I remembered it.
