Default Swedish Rye Round 2

This batch came out MUCH better. I tossed the molasses that I used in the
first batch. The bottle had no expiration date but I suspect it was really
old and I know it was overly thick. Used new molasses. Did not start with
the 3 3/4 cups of AP flour. Cut the amount back to a scant 3 cups. I did use
a very small amount more to knead the dough. The loves came out with a more
perfect shape and I got a much better rise. So... Woo hoo!
