Ah Ed, that's no reason to dislike Moroccan dishes. Did "her lover"
taste good?

I often make up a batch o' Moroccan Chicken w/ a spice blend of "Ras
El Hanout", a Moroccan spice blend much like Garam Masala. IOW, it's
basically a curry dish, which you recently stated you dislike. 8|

I like a lamb tagine with apricots, dates, sultanas and spices; although
someone will now tell me it is not authentic or Moroccan.
