The pH of vinegar is 2-3. The pH of hydrochloric acid (stomach acid) is
3.01. The pH of oranges is 3-4.

Now, the concentration of each acid is what really matters, as we've seen
from the discussion of "acetic acid" versus vinegar.

It's still pointless to avoid vinegar because it's acidic.
