If you don't mind my asking, why do you insist that it be "securely
packaged"?

You probably can buy better tuna at Whole Foods, Trader Joes, or any
non-national-chain grocery store. We've got a couple of smaller regional
chains and local grocery stores that sell a variety of brands of tuna.
