It was a single potato, about 1 lb, and was "long and thin". It looked
like a Russet, but my buddy --who gave it to me-- swore it was a
Colorado potato. Colorado Russets?

It looked like a "thin" football. I cooked it like an Idaho Russet and
figured it was done.
