Â* It's not that there are no questions , just none that you can
actually answer ... like why can't I pull up info on my hard drives in
Admin tools , Win XP Pro 64 bit OS .

Oh I CAN answer that!

Because MicroSUCKS did NOT GIVE YOU THAT ABILITY in it's User Shell it calls "Win XP Pro 64 bit OS".

What is the physical disk partition layout of a typical factory

Uh... disk partition tables are hardware - they are required for teh
hardware to operate. Or do you only deal in the kind of hardware

Â* Really ? Then why is that option available in every other version of
Windows running on my system ? (FYI , those are Win7 Pro/64 , Win7

You said you have a "computer engineering degree" which is primarily
a SOFWTARE degree, not an electrical degree. You didn't know that
after 6 years of college studying for that degree?

Then you asked for "computer questions". And when you don't know
the answer you try and complicate the issue and change the rules.

Just admit you're a dumbass and move along, OK?

Microsoft didn't try and "rename" anything. They tried to make many
proprietary platform-dependant technical standards protocols that
failed. ActiveX instead of JavaBeans. Visual Basic (and Visual
Studio) instead of Java. And dozens of networking and
internetworking protocols for which there were already publicly
available implementations and for which they were based upon
(including TCP/IP layers themselves).

They didn't try and rename anything outright, they just tried to
produce their own propriety "value-added" versions of those same
technologies.

Now, don't you think this better explains what you trying to say?

Like "Avoid the Noid", "They Plump when you cook 'em", "The
Six-Dollar Burger", and "We're lovin' it!", maybe you should
consider dumping that old worn-out slogan when it's not true
anymore(*)

(*) Except in Carl's Jr's case - where the "Six Dollar Burger(tm)"
slogan is still in use even though their "Six Dollar Burgers for $3"
have now surpassed the $6 mark.

Â* Physics , there are no codes out here in the woods . The point is
moot anyway , I ran 12ga and limited each circuit to a max of 6 outlets
except for dedicated circuits , like for the 12k BTU AC unit . There's
an outlet every 6 feet on average in our house , I hate extension cords
.. Lighting circuits are 15 amp/14ga , independent circuits for each main
living space .

I got LOTS of "A"s, and "B"s too! One "C" in engineering school, in a Control Systems class from which I learned one of the best geeky engineering humor jokes ever!

A pilot is flying a flight from Warsaw Poland to JFK airport and to help introduce the passengers to the U.S. she announces "Ladies and gentlemen, if you look out the windows on the right side of the plane you can see The Statue Of Liberty!" and many of the passengers crowded over to the right side of the plane to take a look. And as they did the plane spiraled into the bay and crashed!

Why?
