Default I feel like I'm retired!

I almost am!

I've not worked since 2017!

I'm thinking of going back to my pediatric nursing job part time, just to afford the cool and yummy stuff I love. Ongoing until I find out how much I will NOT get from SocSec in 7 years when I turn 65.

My rents are set. Fair, competitive and not bad!

If you are 58-59 now, your full retirement isn't until age 66 and
10 months. You could start at age 62 but it's not advised. You
can find out what to expect at different ages by visiting ss.gov
and set up a personal account.

Did you feel like you were retired when you abandoned your patient?

I have the least of the admonishments the State Board of Nursing could put on my nursing record. Get over it! State board did and I'm still able to practice as a Registered Nurse!

Do you think you are brilliant because you can look up this shit online? HA! PUBLIC RECORD ****er! You a chicken shit or what? What's this "Alex" shit?

I don't get it. The mother apparently told you she was leaving the
house for whatever reason. But when she hadn't returned and your
shift was over, you knocked on the door to the parents bedroom,
assuming the father was home, and what - yelled through the closed
door that you were leaving? Then you left an 8-year old
incapacitated child alone at home without getting any verbal
confirmation that anybody else was even home?

That makes you sound like a really incompetent babysitter rather
than any sort of nurse. Can you even get another job as a "home
nurse" after being fired for that? Maybe the local city or county
jail will hire you - they don't give a shit about their patients.

Your employers didn't "get over it".

It's noted in the Disciplinary hearing record that Advantage Nursing
Services (St Louis) terminated your employment days after their client
came home to find their child unattended and alone in the house at
night.

"snowball in hell" chance. What St Louis nursing agency would risk
their reputation.

As someone who has spent many more hours and years doing direct patient
care for critically ill and dying patients than he has (or ever will), I
can firmly say neither would I. Im pretty sure if he was left alone in a
morgue, hed be desecrating the bodies.

Meanwhile, up here in Canada there is an inquiry about a nurse,
Elizabeth Wettlaufer, who has been convicted of 8 counts of murder,
four counts of attempted murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
The inquiry is mainly about how the woman was able to work for a number
of different facilities after having been fired, having been allowed to
quit and getting letters of reference. I was listening to a radio
program today where an American research has been studying similar cases
in the US. Wettlaufer had a history of mental health problems and
alcohol and drug abuse. Sound familiar?

JK, did you **** your love yet? It matters to us readers.
I would definately be jealous. I banged a few but only talk about it here. My wife hates to cook so she will never look in rfc.
I claim my elec leaf will toast yours btw. Not 1.9, probably close. (FU Alex)

Food related...I have this amazing bamboo cookware set given to my wife from her employer. I love it . Really.
GO GREEN all you assholes. I display the set. It came in a green pouch too.. Really. Let me look up the name. You and your love might appreciate it............ok Backcountry.com sells what looks the same but a red holder case. Mine came with 2 chopsticks, theirs does not. I did not look hard but it is close.

Further, I used a chopstick to fix my kitchen vent. Lifesaver.

Send some profit to the east coast in memory of Flo. I did for the west.
Thanks dude.

Recipe you say?

SLUT RED RASPBERRIES IN CHARDONNAY JELLY

Nigella: You might think that no recipe could live up to this title. Its a reasonable presumption, but thank God, a wrong one. This is heaven on the plate: the wine-soused raspberries take on a stained glass, lucent red, their very raspberriness enhanced; the soft, translucently pale coral just-set jelly in which they sit has a heady, floral fragrance that could make a grateful eater weep. If theres one pudding you make from this book, please, please make it this.
This recipe was emailed to me from Australia from my erstwhile editor, Eugenie Boyd. Ive fiddled with it a bit, but it is the best present a foodwriter could ever have. Now its yours.

Ingredients:

1 bottle good fruity Chardonnay
300g raspberries
1 vanilla pod, split lengthways
5 gelatine leaves
250g caster sugar
double cream to serve
Instructions:

Place the wine and berries in a bowl and allow to steep for half an hour. Strain the wine into a saucepan and keep the raspberries to one side. Heat the wine with vanilla pod until nearly boiling and leave to steep on one side for 15 minutes.
Soak the gelatine leaves - which you can find in the supermarket these days - in cold water for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, after removing the vanilla pod, reheat the wine and stir in the sugar until it dissolves; allow to boil if you want to lose the alcohol. Add a third of the hot wine to the wrung-out gelatine leaves in a measuring jug and stir to dissolve, then add this mixture back into the rest of the wine and stir well. Strain into a large jug. Place the raspberries, equally, into 6 flattish, clear glass serving bowls, and pour the strained wine over the top.
Allow to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours, though a day would be fine if you want to make this well ahead, and take out of the fridge 15 minutes before serving.
Serve some double cream in a jug, and let people pour this into the fragrant, tender, fruit-jewelled jelly as they eat.

Serves 6
