That carmelized ketchup takes on a good/different taste (imo) that goes well with the meat. For any leftovers of meatloaf, no sandwiches for me. All leftovers get heated up and served hot just like the original meal. I never freeze meatloaf...never any left for that. ![]() Speaking of ketchup on top, I'll bet a mix of ketchup with worchestershire sauce on top would be even better. I'll try that next time. |
