I agree completely, I stopped paying the price just for the name.
The best all-beef ones to me are the Oscar Meyer ones these days.

Hey, that annual contest is on ESPN2 from noon-one eastern time
if anyone cares to watch it. The actual contest is at the end of
the hour. I'll probably watch it. I'm easily amused and still
boggled that anyone could possibly eat that many in just 10
minutes. "Inconceivable!"
