My take on Coffee .
Â* French press , espresso , BULLSHIT !Â* Y'all are makin' this way too
hard ! I grind my beans (Farmers Columbian Peaks and Italian roast from Walmart mixed 50/50 by weight) in a Black and Decker burr grinder and brew it in an old Farberware 5 cup AD machine . And I think my coffee is as good as any I've ever had ... my friend Wally made this comment about the coffee at a local restaurant - "You can taste the water thru it" ... I like strong rich coffee that's not bitter . Got it . And it wasn't at Starbucks ... -- Snag Yes , I'm old and crochety . Get off my lawn ! |
