Default First BBQ in new house!

I bought a used 22" Weber Kettle off someone in richville in STL county for $25, wire brushed it, WD40ed the air control mechanism, washed it good and it WORKS!

I have two fat slabs of porcine intercostals "dry" rubbed and in a big covered bowl in the refrigerator.

I think I still remember how to BBQ! Hope so! This AM after breakfast I need to buy a big bottle of BBQ sauce and a coals shovel if I can find one.

Pics to follow.

John Kuthe...
