The Chinese Restaurant Syndrome has long ago been proven to be attributable to Chinese cooks using excess salt... most don't use any MSG because it costs more than salt. When some people eat an entire bag of potato chips they experience the same maladies atributed to Chinese Restaurant Syndrome... maybe why they now have no added salt potato chips... I recently bought a bag by mistake, they are awful, the critters got them. |
