Default I bought 5+ lbs of GOAT!!

And my housemate made Goat Biryani!

YUM!!!

I said I live in the best Indian restaurant in STL! I live with people from India who cook and SHARE!! Especially when I enable them with 5+ of GOAT! :-)

And we have leftovers AND 1/2 the raw goat in the freezer for a future Goat Biryani Shared Dinner!

I've had barbecued goat and it was excellent, probably not what you
had, though.

Different spices, but GOAT is GOAT! YUM!! :-) Good animal protein! ALL the "essential amino acids" in ONE MEAT! A "biryani" is a Pakistani dish, and Pakistan WAS part of India before the Indian Revolution Gandhi and others led to free India from British Colonial RULE!

What meat doesn't have all of the essential amino acids?

I've seen bags of frozen goat meat in almost all supermarkets lately.
I don't know if it is because of the holiday season or if it is
because a product is being heavily marketed to store buyers.

Exactly!! Unless you eat complementary vegetables, THEN you can get ALL THE ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS IN TWO VEGETABLES!! Like Beans and Rice! (Which I also eat!)

And a FRUIT SNACK like I am about to EAT, with a little Vanilla Ice Cream to make the "medicine go down!"

:-)

He's making a pun on "kid" for young goat and "nanny" for
a female goat.
