Default What is your favorite method for cooking Pot Roast?

I was out playing "Army" every day when I was 12.
I do have a boy scout cooking merit badge from then though.
Meanwhile, some days my Mom was cooking lousy pot roast.
Always watery beef with bland vegetables. (so very YAWN!)

My all-time favorite pot roast is to let Sheldon cook it, since
he does that often. Then each time he invites me and all the
ferrets over for dinner, I politely decline the invitation and we
go to McDonalds instead. Ferrets love the salty fries. I love it
all. :-D

Pot roast is my second favorite, after meat loaf.
You need to try ferret headcheese with their sobbing eyes staring back
at you from the gelatinous mass.... need a recipe I'd oblige.
