Good luck with that in MO - it's not legal. You already knew that, of
course, so now you are just trolling.

So you advertise them as home made and you make them at home. I don't
see the problem or the need for 7 exclamation marks.

Because in Missouri that's illegal. I may have to use my nephew in Portland's address, if he agrees! He's the one I'm confabbing with for KutheChocolates.com 's main first product: English Toffee. My nephew's recipe with 1/2 cup brown sugar! He made some for this past Christmas while I was on the phone with him and he was gonna make one more batch of toffee and didn't have quite enough white sugar, but said he had some brown sugar and was kind of hesitant until I told him very emphatically "How gross can it be? Do it!" and he did and it worked wonderfully! It's our cornerstone KutheChocolates product! And it's EASY to ship!! :-)

My retirement career! :-)

I'm pretty sure it's illegal there, too.

Portland OR is WAY more liberal and reasonable than most other states in the Union.

The "good":

https://www.portlandmercury.com/news...homeless-camps

IN A CLATTERING lot behind Benson Polytechnic High School, the future of
Portland homeless camps is coming together piece by piece.

Two or three days a week, 100 of the school's freshmen have been taking
up saws and ladders, hammers and levels, and slowly building what
teacher Tim Hryciw calls "basically finished garden sheds"€”64 square
feet, with two windows and a door.

For the school, it's an engaging way of teaching geometry, clearly
enjoyable to the 14-year-olds busying themselves around the lot on a
recent Monday. For the City of Portland, it's a way to tinker with how
homeless camps will soon look in this city.

The four structures being built behind Benson today won't just house
homeless people when they're completed in coming weeks. The city says
they'll also serve as prototypes for an untold number of similar
structures going forward€”"sleeping pods" that can be cheaply and quickly
built for organized camps as Portland wrestles with a housing emergency.

"The whole idea is to mass produce," says Josh Alpert, chief of staff to
Mayor Charlie Hales. "Clearly there is a demand for camps and it's not
going to end any time soon."

The "bad":

http://www.oregonlive.com/business/i...considers.html

Columbia Sportswear CEO Tim Boyle and Portland mayor-elect Ted Wheeler
last November celebrated the opening of new offices downtown. Columbia
now may close the offices and relocate 50 jobs due to what executives
say are unsafe and unsavory conditions in downtown.

The celebration did not last long as employees reported clashes with
aggressive panhandlers and repeated car break-ins. One worker said her
life was threatened. "It is a relief when the only thing we are dealing
with is the garbage and human waste by our front door," Boyle said in an
op-ed column submitted to The Oregonian/OregonLive. "Think about that
for a minute."

"We knew it was an urban environment," Boyle said in an interview
Friday. "We thought it was a good opportunity to be part of this
millennial movement of young people setting up shop downtown. But at the
end of the day, I have to ensure the safety of my employees."

And the "ugly":

http://www.kgw.com/news/politics/may...s-us/435436532

PORTLAND, Ore. -- What began as a peaceful march for labor rights on May
Day in Portland turned violent as a group of self-described anarchists
threw objects at officers and officers fired non-lethal weapons back.
Police canceled the permitted march and deemed it a riot as tensions
escalated.

Portland police arrested 25 protesters, on charges ranging from arson to
assault, criminal mischief and theft. All 25 suspects were cited for
failing to obey a peace officer, and police said the arrests will be
reviewed for additional charges.

"In Portland we respect peaceful protest, but we do not and cannot
support acts of violence and vandalism," Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler said
Tuesday morning. "That's not political speech. That's crime."

"Last night was another chapter in a story that has become all too
familiar in Portland: Protests that begin peacefully but devolve quickly
due to the actions of those whose only desire is to damage people and
property," he said.

€śUnfortunately, yesterday, like we've seen in the past, a small group of
folks hijacked a lawfully permitted event, and almost instantly started
doing crimes and committing vandalism, breaking windows and setting
things on fire. So, an unfortunate turn of events yesterday for the city
of Portland,€ť said Portland Police Chief Mike Marshman.
