Nobody doubts about the bags but that is unsightly too.

Annoying because no one's going to climb up there to get
rid of it.

The bags have been proved. I can't tell what the heck this stuff is.

Looks like the plastic wrap used for pallets and stuff but I can't be sure.

I would think it is something like that but after 48 hours in all the
wind, hard to be sure.

She bothered to stop and take the picture.
Hopefully, she then put camera down and removed
all that trash. Bet she didn't though.

Reminds me of an incident at the local Y. I was walking across the
parking lot and about 30-40 yards away there was a bunch of trash on the
ground. It looked like someone had had a drive thru take out meal and
dumped the bag, wrapper and cup on the ground. There was a couple
walking past it and the guy made a big deal of it, pointing and
gesturing and carrying on. Sure. Someone had been a real slob and
dumped their garbage there and that was bad, but he was making such a
big deal over it. Apparently it did not incense him enough that he was
inspired to pick it up.

I do that all the time in my neighborhood. Walking trash down the
street to the dumpster, I'll stop and pick up debris as I'm
going. Why not? I heading to the trash anyway.

As I said, I haven't removed the plastic ---yet--- but have every
intention of doing so, but not today when it is eye-watery cold. So
get off my case ingrate!

I couldn't reach all that crap! And usually when it's in
trees it's out of reach unless you can climb. I'm not
inclined to break my neck (or the tree) trying to pick out
debris.

There's a claw like thing in the tool room that will do it - last
super used it years ago when the ill fated grocery bag was impaled on
a tree I could see from my bed.

I'm not complaining, saw pics of power poles snapped like twigs,
masses of trees and branches down, it was a vicious storm.

Really? How funny. Only in your area, I guess.
You put all that there and staged the photo, didn't you?
Come on - fess up. hahahaha

BTW, you stopped to take the pic....did you bother
to gather them all up and remove them?

I didn't think so.

I didn't stop to take the pic, took it from my diningroom window. I
did mention that Xmas Day night we had high winds with gusts up to
hurricane force, we lost power (along with many others) all that
night.

I will remove all the plastic but today is bitterly cold with a wind
chill factor as well so it won't be today. Besides which if I ask the
super to give me access to the tool room, he will want to know why,
then he will insist that he goes out and does it, I prefer to let him
enjoy his break at least until tomorrow. I can avoid looking out that
window.
