Default Recipe?

I no longer have this recipe from the Frugal Gourmet for Rici e Bici. I
can't remember which book it was in. I had only one of his books. I did find
a website that sells his books and has a search function for recipes but I
still can't find it. I believe it was just rice, peas and Parmesan but there
may have been butter. I made it many years ago so am pretty sure I used
whatever rice I had in the house. Most of the recipes I see call for Arborio
rice and have some form of added meat or seafood. I want a simple recipe.
Yes, I can get the correct rice and wing it but if anyone has the actual
recipe, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Thanks! Guess it would have helped if I had spelled it right. I did look
there under "rice" and didn't see it.

I've got a lot of his books still. I'll look tomorrow, in case the recipe
you tried didn't cut it.
