The Spam fried rice was a big hit! I used slightly less soy sauce than
called for and added oyster sauce. Also a touch of sesame oil to the sauce.
Screwed up and forgot to get the garlic clove so used some roasted garlic
instead. Also added sugar. I couldn't try it because of the egg but those
who ate it, loved it!
