Hi, I worked with Franco for many years in Weight Watchers test kitchens and I composed the recipes for all his shows. The series at KOCE and all 300 episode filmed for We're Cooking Now. What an amazing talented, generous man he was. I have all the recipes and cookbooks and VCR tapes of his shows, menus, barware, lights and memorabilia from his home and restaurant. Maybe someday I can do something with them. I even have some of his colorful sweaters. He was a fierce loyal friend and I miss him everyday. ML

I knew Franco since I was 8 years old and worked in his restaurant in P-town during the summers of 88 and 89. I also rented a room in the bottom portion of his home while I worked for him He was an awesome person. I was thinking about his cooking show and was seeing if I could order tapes so I googled him and came to your post. Love to hear from you.
