I find I really like this recipe. I've used it to make a "rice pilaf" and fried rice, etc.
I make up a batch and portion some out and freeze it for later. If you are a decent cook you will figure out how to handle the shirataki rice pretty quickly. http://www.djfoodie.com/Miracle-Cauli-Rice |

I also like it cold with a bit of cream, cinnamon, and a packet of Nutri-Sweet on it, not for everyone for sure, but I like it. Cheri |
