Don't try this at home!
A few days ago I tried an experiment - a quick easy grilled cheese
sandwich. Instead of the normal method I toasted two slices of white bread, Made a sandwich with cheese, in this case sharp cheddar, and put it in the microwave for - I forget - 30 seconds? Maybe a minute? Terrible results - cheese tasted rubbery and awful. Who'd a thought it? Back to regularly grilled cheese sandwiches in the future. -- You know it's time to clean the refrigerator when something closes the door from the inside. |
