Have you tried Beecher's Flagship Handmade Cheese at Costco yet? It
is my go to, everyday 'cheddar.' It is nutty, salty, flavorful. My
Costco has it regularly. At one point I was afraid that it would be
one of those holiday season only cheeses. It comes in a triangular
piece, a little over one pound. It is a white cheese. Hope you like
it.
