Default What to serve with bubble and squeak

Bubble and squeak is a classic British dish of smashed-up winter
vegetables, traditionally made from the Sunday roast leftover or
Christmas time leftovers my personal opinion is when you don't have much
money this is everyday meal for me but I'm running out of ideas what to
have with it oh well back to Iceland and buy some sausages.

Bubble and squeak was my daughter's favorite meal when she was kid.
The version I made was a complete (but carb heavy) meal, so I served
it with a green vegetable or salad.

Bubble and squeak with sausages and a poached egg also took
Ed Pawlowski advice and had Good hearty bread
(don't know about hearty I had Kingsmill ) and a beer
(bottle of kingfisher) I would have preferred a traditional Sunday roast
but never mind my belly is full now.
Best regards
Mark
