Default Dinner Tonight 3/24/2016

This is how I use "leftovers".

Pork tenderloin with steamed yellow and zucchini squash and couscous.

When I don't feel like cooking I love being able to take a homemade meal
out of the freezer, thaw it in the fridge and gently reheat it. It
tastes wonderful and is so much better than buying some pre-fab frozen
dinner.
