Long time no hear fro you. How's your investments going, since the stock
markets have not been performing this year. I took monies out of stocks,
money markets, etc. Have purchased 3 pieces of land in Northeast, with
gas rights will give me a yearly income on each. Also physical metals.
Have streams and lakes on two properties plus built a house on the 26
acres. Have my rifles, ammo , food, etc, all essentials to live in case
of an emergency. Plus plenty of deer, bear, pheasant, squirrel, etc.

Still have property in Long Island which will go to my son's after my x
sells or lives a long life there.
