If you were limited to eating only one region (not necessarily
country) of food for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

I'm torn between Western/Southern European/Mediterranean.
Hard to beat French, Italian and Greek classic dishes...

Anything Mediterranean sounds about right. French, Italian, Greek, and
Spanish. And a smidge of Moroccan cuisine might find its way in there
as well. I could live on that.

etc...oh, and lots of pork.

Asian (everything east of the Caucasus). It has the most variety.

Northern Italian. It has a nice variety of things I like. Meats,
cheeses and wines.

Others I could happily survive on would be the rest of Italy, the rest
of Europe and most American that is really a derivative of it.

Least favorite is Asian and Mexican. We hardly ever eat them.
