Yep, it's back to that 'prime rib' thread again <VBG>. After watching -
and cooking - a prime rib according to the Cook's Country recipe/method ("One-pan Prime Rib and Roasted Vegetables) for Christmas dinner, I am converted! However, I omit the 'roasted veggies' part and roast the beast on its own in the 250F oven. http://www.cookscountry.com/recipes/...arch_results_1 Not sure if the link above will work for everyone, but it did for me just now prior to this post. Although I usually only cook for myself, I could not resist the temptation to purchase another prime rib roast (2-ribs) to use this method again.
