Default Prime rib roast - again ;)

Yep, it's back to that 'prime rib' thread again <VBG>. After watching -
and cooking - a prime rib according to the Cook's Country recipe/method
("One-pan Prime Rib and Roasted Vegetables) for Christmas dinner, I am
converted! However, I omit the 'roasted veggies' part and roast the
beast on its own in the 250F oven.

Not sure if the link above will work for everyone, but it did for me
just now prior to this post.

Although I usually only cook for myself, I could not resist the
temptation to purchase another prime rib roast (2-ribs) to use this
method again. Can anyone have too much roast beef?! ;D
