Cooking something > for 2 hours in the oven is not "heat & eat", at least not by my > definition. That isn't what I said. I said that my brain hasn't been functioning right since the surgery. I see the Dr. in a few hours and will see what's up with that. I don't think it's a matter of just the thyroid med but it might be. And you are splitting hairs. My point about the turkey was that while it was raw meat, I didn't have to thaw it or do anything to it. Just put it as is, in the bag, in the oven. A pan is needed because juices will come out when you open the bag and the bag may come open on its own while in the oven. |
