![]() I get this recipe out every once in awhile. It's a nice noshing party food. I've had this recipe for years and years. I usually use soft rolls like dinner rolls. HOT'N CHEESY CLAM SALAD ROLLS From Morton Can 2 cans Gorton's minced clams, drained 1 cup shredded American process cheese (4 oz) ¼ cup chopped onion ¼ cup chopped celery ¼ cup chopped almonds ¼ cup salad dressing or mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. lemon juice ¼ tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients and spread the mixture on the rolls. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Janet US |
