Default Rib roast

Seems to be a popular topic right now. We had one for dinner last
night. You can see it on ABF

Very enjoyable eating.

Go take a look at it, Ophy. It's a binary newsgroup:

news:alt.binaries.food

Very nice dishes often shown. You should add this to your ng list.

I bet it was a most excellent piece of meat! Are you warming up for
Christmas or ignoring cooking something else then?

Christmas will be a Berkshire ham. The roast just looked good and I
wanted to give my wife a treat. She has a fractured ankle just in time
for the holidays so it is a nice cheering up.

Oh, ouch, Ed! I'm sorry to hear that. I'm glad she got to enjoy that
nice dinner.

Hope she mends quickly and well. Sounds like you'll keep her spirits
up with lots of good food.

Thank you. She's worth it. She could not do any real baking, but she
did sit and make a few batches of pizzelles.
