in a ziploc bag and freeze it for a great freezer meal! PLUS you dont
have to do pork chops! You can do chicken too. We havent tried it on
steak or beef yet but if you do I would love to hear how you like it!

cooked in the oven too!

Ingredients
1 lb of pork chops (or chicken, wings, thighs drumsticks or breasts all
work)
1/4 cup honey
20 oz can of Pineapple (save the fruit for grilling!)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon Franks Red Hot Sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 orange sliced
1 clove of garlic
