I made one. Came out nice.
I didn't have enough coconut fer jes a coconut cream nor enough banana fer a banana cream pie, so I combined what I had and it worked jes fine. I used this Epicurious recipe fer my pie: <http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/coconut-cream-pie-107115> Basically, a crème ptisièrre filling ina blind baked crust. I did cheat a bit and used both coconut and banana extracts. I don't like "air food" so didn't top it. Still, tastes great! ![]() nb |
