Default Coconut/Banana cream pie

I made one. Came out nice.

I didn't have enough coconut fer jes a coconut cream nor enough banana
fer a banana cream pie, so I combined what I had and it worked jes
fine.

I used this Epicurious recipe fer my pie:

<http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/coconut-cream-pie-107115>

Basically, a crème ptisièrre filling ina blind baked crust. I did
cheat a bit and used both coconut and banana extracts. I don't like "air
food" so didn't top it. Still, tastes great!

I don't think there's a recipe born that can't be altered to suit
oneself better Glad you were happy with it.
