It's been debunked so may times, it's just urban legend now that you an
be reactive. Folks who alert on it are provent to instead have other
common allergies such as shelllfish and and soy issues often in asian
recipies.

You can feed a whole TB or MSG to a reactive so called person and they
do not react to it.
