Default It's not the 4th of July but... Dinner Tonight 7/2/2015

Where I live in southern South Carolina we're having a "cold snap".
It's only supposed to get up to 86°F today. (Wowsa! Time to break out
the winter coat! LOL) Seriously, I can't complain about the weather.
It beats the hell out of 100°F.

For dinner I'll be grilling a couple of salmon fillets on my trusty
Weber kettle. Alongside I'll grill yellow and zucchini squash, sliced
lengthwise.

I finally bought a grill basket (which I should have done decades ago).
I might also throw on an ear or two of corn.

Got anything planned for dinner?

Jill
