I will too once I retire but when you go to work all day, you don't often have the time or energy to make a great meal from scratch. That's why I mostly home-cook large (with leftovers) on weekends. I can freeze the leftovers and still have home-cooked during the week. That said, thankfully there are many tasty and health frozen meals available these days. I even like the brownie in some! heehh And it doesn't stick to the cover either. |
