Default Broiled Cod

I gently reheated the leftover broiled cod from last night. Brushed
with a little olive oil to help retain the moisture (not a problem) and
sprinkled with <gasp> Mrs. Dash salt free garlic seasoning blend for a
little added something.

Yes, there were some "chips" (lots more french fries than I can eat in
one sitting) that came with it. Nope, I won't overload the plate with
fries just to take a better picture.

Sorry, I'm not big on garnishes or plate decorating. I don't keep fresh
lemon wedges or herbs around simply to decorate a plate. I buy those
things when I will need them as ingredients in cooking.

Next time I'll ask at the Club if they could also give me some lemon
wedges and parsley just so it might look better. The broiled cod
tasted great. (The fries were just fries.)
