Pecan-Banana Bread
It's still cold here. Only mid 60's. I had three bananas I bought for
visiting grandchild that she didn't eat. They were very ripe so a pecan-banana bread is now in the oven. The recipe calls for walnuts, but pecans were in the freezer. I like pecans better anyway. -- From somewhere very deep in the heart of Texas |
