Comfort food tonight
We got our wires crossed. My wife had taken out some ground meat to thaw
to make meat loaf tonight. She forgot about it and got out pork tenderloin. Fortunately, the tenderloin was still have frozen when she remembered the meatloaf plan. It looks like tenderloin on the weekend because we are going out to a dinner tomorrow. |
