Default Homemade Potato Chips

Made some potato chips for Stan to go with his Black Forest Ham
sandwich. He's a lucky, lucky guy, as I keep telling him. ;-)
I didn't see an Elvis potato chip, but I did see a Mickey Mouse one.

Since I have the fryer out, I think I'll fry up some calamari rings
tonight.

Koko,
I hope you post a pic of your calamari. I hope you say what you used as
a batter when you fried them and what you used as a condiment when you
ate them. I stumbled on some terrific looking frozen calamari at an
asian mkt here in land-locked Arkansas and have no idea what I'm doing.
I deep fried some and they were ok ... but, as I said, I don't know what
I'm doing but I'm pretty sure that you do.

Dave, all I did was toss the calamari rings in some white rice flour,
then I deep fried them. I sprinkled them with some red pepper flakes,
thinly sliced scallions and salt and pepper.
Simple and easy peasy

They look delicious! Be careful Disney doesn't sue you over the Mickey
Mouse chip.

You need to be sure that it isn't that hillbilly calamari.

I trust you ate the evidence instead of selling it on EBay.
