Pappardelle in Chipotle Cream Sauce.
Pappardelle in a Chipotle Cream Sauce. I made the pasta using 00 flour
and blue cornmeal. I absolutely love the pasta, the dough is so luscious and easy to work with. The sauce is creamy spicy deliciousness. I'll post the recipes as soon as I get them entered my cookbook program.
