Stopped at the grocery on the way home last evening.
Of course I always check the used meat bin. Grabbed a pack of three Buffalo boneless rib eye steaks. Put two in the freezer and had one for dinner. Did it with just salt, pepper and some garlic in a cast iron skillet, cooked medium rare with a nice crust on it. Tender, very tender, and really delicious. |
