Default OTish Multivitamins

In the past I bought some One a day vitamins. They were roughly the
size of a M&M. The batch I just bought are the size of horse pills.

I would prefer to take the smaller size, but I also wonder is the
smaller ones are more concentrated or just have proportionally less.
