I am trying to make the same whipped frosting with the dry frosting mix, not sure how to make it though, my mom use to make it when I was a kid and she can't tell me how she did it now.. Help please

She stirred constantly and watched to get it to exactly the right consistency. Done correctly, it would remain soft (and delicious) on the cake. I think a light dusting of powdered sugar is the mostest with the leastist. When served a heavily frosted cake I scrape off the frosting, then if the cake is awful I don't eat it... heavy gloppy frosting is what people do to hide crap cake. |
