Get yourself some Nong Shim Bowl Noodle - Kimchi flavor. This will bring some excitement back into your lunch. Actually they can be dressed up quite nicely. Add chopped green onion, spinach, swirl in a raw egg to cook in the broth (or a chopped cooked one), mushrooms. Good place for a bit of suriname or leftover shrimp. Pan fry a little garlic to golden and add that. -- |

I looked for that in my grocery store this morning but they didn't have it. I'll look in the bigger grocery store next time I go there. If not, there is an Asian market 2 miles from here. Never been there but I'll bet they have it. :) > Unfortunately, the American version is tamed down for stateside folks > but it'll still set you a'cryin'. How would you suggest to "untame" it? Add hot peppers, hot sauce? G. |
