Actually, I'd sooner have Sheldons for myself, but yours looks good.

I love burgers, but not with all that crap on it. The basic burger in
the bun looks pretty good though.

Sheldon's plate is perfect for someone on a low carb diet, which would
be perfect for me.

I love burgers and adding the jalapeno poppers is an excellent touch,
some restaurant should be doing this (you are a genius, Steve). I would
omit the swiss cheese, since the poppers are filled with cheese, and the
mushrooms and I would replace the ketchup with mustard, keeping the
mayo. Now I'm hungry and I just had tuna salad.

My ultimate burger has mushrooms, grilled onions, Swiss cheese and
sliced avocado. For me, avocado and burgers is a gret combination.

I like blue cheese with both avocado and mushrooms, but not the two of
them a & m together. Of course, I want tomato, onion and lettuce (not
head) too. Otherwise I right there with ya sistah!

A puny dwarf sized mystery meat burger on a dumpster dived McD's
sesame bun with a pile of trash to hide the TIADness.

Chinese green beans are very tasty, I only added the zukes
because all I had were three small ones that would have just aged in
the fridge before I picked more... probably won't do that again...
cooking times are too different, had to cook them seperately and then
put them together with the sauce... that's a very nice garlicy sauce
with Chinese black beans, soy sauce, white pepper, ginger, a bit of
orange marmalade, 10 garlic cloves-slivered, and barely glistening
from a little corn starch slurry... not slimey over cooked. No hot
pepper. Went well with the fried pork chops... probably would have
been better on a bed of rice. Had mocha chocolate fudge ice cream for
dessert. I'm surprised no one noticed I used different plates.

I guess you have to have a really big mouth to eat it. I've never liked huge
stacked burgers like that, but they do look nice.

One thing I've noticed....almost all (or completely all) of Steve's
meals contains some hot pepper somewhere in there. He's definitely a
south-western boy. Funny how all those in that region seem to crave
hot peppers.

I really can't eat hot peppers at all, I don't like them. I do like
Trappey's Louisiana Hot Sauce on some things, but that's as hot as I want
things, and it's not really hot. I notice a lot of the cooks on TV are
always using jalapenos or some other kind of pepper in their dishes. Anaheim
chiles are OK too, but that's it.

I agree. Bobby Flay can't even make dessert without hot peppers.

I can tolerate black pepper, horseradish, wasabi but not anything from a
capsicum plant other than a little mild jalapeno, Anaheims and other
mild peppers. I do like Cholula sauce, however. It is more flavorful
than hot.

I will never be able to understand how people prefer fire to flavor.

Once you start eating peppers, you can not stop. Steve is smarter than
your average Texan, I think he is a California boy.

I don't like hot peppers but the ones I get (I think you call them bell
peppers) are addictive Whenever I cook with them, I always cut up more
than I need because I snack on them while I am cooking)

I'd have to tackle that with a knife and fork.
Big burgers take the fun out of hand to mouth eating.

Exactly... and with so many ingredients on it, you lose the main taste
of the burger. When I eat a burger, I want to be able to hold it in my
hand and be able to eat it comfortably and I want the main taste to be
MEAT. I don't like it when the meat is just a platter for 14 other
ingredients.

Never gave it any serious thought, but maybe that's why I gravitate
away from a mishmash of things on top of my burgers.

Should tackle that with backhoe, and bury it deep.

About the only foods the dwarf showcases are oversized grotesque
sandwiches (not even cooking, just sandwiches), made up of cheapo
ingredients... I'm not impressed with puny dwarf sized mystery meat
burgers on what is most certainly dumpster dived McD's sesame seed
buns and that are way overly buried in an assortment of TIAD
condiments. When I want a burger I want it man sized, of freshly
ground meat, on a real roll, and only one or two condiments, not a
pile of assorted sludge in the dwarf's attempt to cover up putrid
tasting rotten mystery meat. With that creation it would be
infinitely better had he omited the putrid mystery meat and just
stuffed all those condiments into his dwarf maw with a douchebag
nozzle. Actually the dwarf IS a douche nozzle:
