Default Meat Prices

I knew the price of beef was going up but really! I'm flipping through
the Publix weekly ad... pork butt, bone-in, once again $2.99/lb. Also
beef cubed Steaks, $5.49 lb. What?!

To me, cubed steak is a cheap cut of meat used for making things like
country fried steak. I can pound the hell out of a better cut of steak
and accomplish the same thing. The ad says it's "Premium Choice Beef"
Whatever the heck that means.

Chicken is still through the roof. I think I'll concentrate on what
sort of fish I can buy.
